Oxygen is used in the process of purifying gold. In the state of Minas Gerais in Brazil, Air Liquide Brasil supplies oxygen to a firm which produces around 15 tons of gold per year.

Our solution

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction provided a Vacuum Swing Adsorption (VSA) standard plant to supply oxygen. The plant has a production capacity of 40 tons of oxygen per day.
